ORBIS has an outstanding record of fiscal management and cost efficiency. For fiscal year 2010 (January 1 - December 31, 2010), Macau office has raised MOP9,381,707 for our sight-saving work. Every dollar you contribute to ORBIS helps to close that gap, and takes us one step closer to achieving our vision of a world in which avoidable blindness is eliminated.

In fiscal year 2010 (January 1 - December 31, 2010), your generosity enabled us to carry out 66 long-term, 43 hospital-based and eight plane-based programs in developing countries and trained over 4,000 doctors, 22,000 nurses and other health care workers. Your and our healing hands have now transformed the lives of some 2,800,000 people and their families worldwide.

ORBIS is continually working to find ways to cut costs and work more efficiently, so that the people we serve in the developing world can get the maximum benefit from the contributions that ORBIS receives.
