In the past December 2012, the Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) had selected ORBIS’ pediatric work to be one of the beneficiaries of its annual Christmas charity event for the second year. In addition to sponsoring Christmas gifts to local kids, supporters were encouraged to donate MOP200 to help ORBIS restore the sight of needlessly blind youngsters in developing countries. A heartening amount of MOP293,200 was raised from this campaign, thanks to the generous donations of Macau individuals and organizations.

Mr Tam Vai Man, President do Conselho de Administração, IACM, presented the donation to Ms Vivian Lo, ORBIS Macau director of development.
