Peace, Love, Cultural Integration and Sight Saving: Parade through Macao, Latin City 2012

Last year’s “Parade through Macao, Latin City” hosted by Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macau S.A.R. Government (ICM) took the Region by storm, and the event is now close at hand once again!

This year’s parade will take place on December 20th, 2012, united in celebration of the 13th anniversary of Macau’s Handover to China. Themed “Peace, Love and Cultural Integration”, ICM is joining hands with ORBIS to share the love from Macau to the visual impaired children in the developing countries. A mascot “VIVA the Italian puppet” is designed and all of you are welcome to purchase a cardboard-made VIVA mascot at MOP20. You can create your own VIVA mascot with your imagination and it makes an ideal gift for your beloved ones during the holiday season. All proceeds from the sale of VIVA mascot souvenirs will go towards ORBIS and bring season’s greetings to the preventable blind kids.

You may purchase the VIVA mascot thought the following channels from December 7th until December 26th, 2012. Let ‘VIVA’ transport you to a dream-like, fairy-tale world with joy, love and brightness!
