Organized by Galaxy MacauTM, co-organized with the Youth Committee of the Macau Chamber of Commerce and Star World Hotel, and supported by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Regions, is celebrating the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival with the return of the “National Day & Moon Festival Lantern Design Competition”.  The best part of this competition is that Galaxy Macau will be donating MOP5 to ORBIS Macau to help saving sight world-wide.    Submissions from entrants residing in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou will be selected by a panel of qualified judges to narrow the field to 8 finalists based on originality, creativity of concept, craftsmanship and presentation of theme.  The selected designs will be poster on Galaxy Macau’s Facebook and Weibo pages for public voting ‘my favorite lantern’ from September 10 to 16.  Cash prizes and trophies will be awarded for the top 3 lanterns scored by judges.  Please visit http://promo.galaxymacau.com/lanternfor more information.
